We simulated their flows across their network and built a network model that provided optionality for locating warehouses to serve all of their markets in the most cost-effective manner as well as identifying options to reduce their freight costs and managing volumes across the most optimal freight mode

We identified 7 key initiatives that reduced their total logistics costs by 9% as well as reducing order lead times to online customers in their largest international market
