We were approached by large Hotel and Hospitality Group to assist with maximising their cost base in the procurement of spirits as part of a larger piece of work the company was undertaking as result of a recent acquisition the company had made

Approach

We undertook a standardisation strategy whereby all venues would serve the same brand for ‘first pour’ and leveraged this considerable volume across all spirits which presented a significant opportunity for key suppliers.

Outcome

We delivered an 18% cost reduction across all spirits spend as well as reduced the spend complexity and ordering process for all venues
